Kaleidoscope registrations are handled by Kagi, a payment processing service.

There are two ways to register. To register online with a credit card, go to the
Kagi Online Order Processing web site: <http://order.kagi.com/?GL&S>.

Alternatively, you can pay by cash, check, or credit card, using the enclosed
Register application to create a form which you can mail or e-mail to Kagi.

Once Kagi processes your payment, which takes up to a week, they e-mail you
the registration code in a message with subject Thanks for your payment.
